This is a classic summer drink but totally acceptable all year round. You can have fun with this one with the varieties of Gin available. Ingredients - 2 oz Gin, ice, top with Tonic add Lime slice for garnish. If you really want to have fun with it use Hendricks Gin and garnish with some black pepper and a cucumber slice.
